• Trikatu – Ginger, pepper, and long pepper.
• Ajamoda – Trachyspermum roxburghianum.
• Saindhava – Rock salt.
• Jeeraka – Cuminum cyminum.

• Hingu – Ferula asa foetida.
• Haritaki – Terminalia chebula.
• Sarjakshara.

Dosage :
1 to 2 grams with ghee, once or twice a day.
