Description
Indian bdellium-tree, gugal, guggal, guggul, gugul, or mukul myrrh tree are some popular names for Commiphora wightii, a flowering plant in the Burseraceae family. It yields a fragrant resin known as gugal, guggul, or gugul, which is used in ayurvedic medicine and incense.The Mukul Myrrh tree is a small thorny plant that can be found all over India. Guggulu and gum guggulu are the names for the yellow resin which is produced in the stem of the tree. According to Ayurveda this medicine is one of the most used herbs and forms a base for many preparations since ancient times.
It is very useful in joint inflammation, high blood cholesterol levels, and obesity. Guggulu in combination with different kinds of herbs has a wide variety of functions in maintaining the overall health status of individuals.
Ingredient :
Guggulu (Commiphora mukul) extracts.
Dosage :
Twice a day 1 capsule.

Contra-indications :
In cases of Severe Gastritis or GERD guggulu is to be avoided. Guggulu should not be consumed on an empty stomach in any condition. Do not use it like a pain killer.
