Description
The Mukul Myrrh tree is a small thorny plant which can be found all over India. Guggulu and gum guggulu are the names for the yellow resin which is produced in the stem of the tree. According to Ayurveda this medicine is one of the most used herbs and forms a base for many preparations since ancient times.
It is very useful in joint inflammation, high blood cholesterol levels and obesity. Guggulu in combination with different kinds of herbs has a wide variety of functions in maintaining an overall healthy status of individuals.
Ingredient : Guggulu (Extracts of Commiphora mukul)
Dosage - Twice a day 1 capsule.

Contra-indications:
In cases of Severe Gastritis or GERD guggulu is to be avoided.
Guggulu should not be consumed on an empty stomach in any condition.
