• Marich - Piper nigrum
• Pippali - Piper longum
• Ajmoda – Apium graveolens
• Jirak - Cuminum cyminum

• Hingu – Ferula asafoetida.
• Haritaki – Terminalia chebula.
• Sarjakshara.

Dosage :
1 to 2 grams with ghee, once or twice a day.
