1. MUSTARD OIL WITH GARLIC CLOVES

1-2 garlic cloves should be added to heated mustard oil and allowed to heat. You can apply the oil to the damaged regions once your garlic gets a deep brown color. Similar to essential oils, this should not be rubbed or massaged vigorously. Massage your body gently and softly to relieve discomfort.

In this situation, a hot towel can also be applied.

2. SESAME OIL WITH BLACK CUMIN SEEDS

Add 1 teaspoon of kalonji or black cumin seeds to heated sesame oil. Remove the pan from the heat once the seeds in the oil are completely toasted. Allow it to cool before storing in a large enough glass jar. Every night, apply it. Naturally, this oil should also be softly massaged without using a lot of pressure, just like the other oils previously stated.

3. ESSENTIAL OILS

You can apply some essential oils to this condition to reduce pain and stiffness. Ginger, peppermint, lavender, eucalyptus, and cinnamon essential oils.

Ginger oil and Lavender oil are most effective in relieving muscle stiffness and pain.

All of these should be rubbed gently and without using excessive pressure because doing so can make the pain worse. The massage should be done gently with the least amount of pressure.

Later, the stiffness can be alleviated by applying a hot towel (a towel immersed in hot water and then squeezed).
