Another name for Athlete's foot is tinea pedis. It is a foot infection brought on by the trichophyton fungus. This bacteria causes scaling, cracking, redness, and itching of the feet.

  1. YOGURT

Acidophilus, a powerful bacteria found in yogurt, fights the trichophyton fungus valiantly.

Take one bowl of fresh yogurt with each meal every day. It greatly reduces the likelihood of Athlete's foot.

  1. LEMON

Lemon is rich in nutrients, particularly Vitamin C.

Make a lemon water solution, then apply it to the afflicted foot. You will undoubtedly see effects in a really short amount of time.

  1. MARIGOLD

Chop some fresh marigold flowers, add to coconut oil, heat briefly, and let cool to create an ointment.
